Biography: Tom Morrill, Founder 


Tom Morrill is the Managing Principal of Actegy Sales Consulting, a firm he founded in 1996. Mr. Morrill is well known for his thought leadership regarding sales related issues; and, most importantly, the ability to provide solutions that generate tangible results.
 

Tom has helped companies such as Intel, Comcast, Trump University, Sprint and ADP. He's defined and executed top to bottom sales strategies, driven numerous performance turnarounds, facilitated post-merger sales force integrations and launched new channels. He’s also developed and delivered over 30 different sales representative and sales management training programs.
 

Tom's held positions ranging from front line territory Account Manager to Executive VP of Global Sales in firms such as Burlington Industries, Ceridian Corporation, FTP Software,  Calidus Systems and stepped in as an interim VP of Sales for several organizations. He also built the global Sales and Channel Effectiveness Practice at PRTM, a worldwide consulting firm headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts.
 

Mr. Morrill has contributed to such publications as Sales & Marketing Management, Selling Power, Destination CRM and Incentive Magazines. He was also featured in Top Telemarketing Techniques (Career Press). Tom is an accomplished speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator who is well known for his engaging and thought provoking style.
